Outsourcing on IT Industry & Graduate Employment
The rapid growth of IT Outsourcing and Business Process
Outsourcing is expected to transform the IT industry structure and
staffing requirements. This forum attempts to analyze some
opportunities and threats of ITO/BPO and the impacts on the IT
Industry and Graduate Employment in Hong Kong as well as to
explore appropriate strategic directions for IT industry
development and human resources management. The forum will also
generate ideas for relevant applied research and IS/IT education.
